Information, Declaration and Approval Form Relating To Republic of Turkey Law Nr. 6698 on Personal Data Protection And Your Rights Within The Law
This information letter has been prepared for the purpose of fulfilling the "disclosure obligation"of Hıdırusta Otomotiv A.Ş. determined as "data controller"within the framework of the Article 10 Law Nr. 6698 on Personal Data Protection (Law).

Our company attaches great importance to ensure the security of personal data which is shared with us during your visit to our web site or other means. Therefore, we would like to provide information on the Law Nr. 6698 on Personal Data Protection “KVKK” and a set of definitions stated in this Law:
Personal data :Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,
Processing of the personal data: any operation which is performed on personal data, by fully or partially automated means, or by non-automated means provided that are part of any data logging system, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction,
Data : Any person whose personal data is being processed,
Data processor: Natural or legal person who processes personal data based on authority granted by the data controller and on behalf of the data controller,
Data recording system: The recording system where personal data is configured and processed according to certain criteria,
Data controller: Natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing of personal data and who is responsible for the establishment and management of the data filing system.
Our Company acts as the data controller within the scope of KVKK. Your personal data and/or your sensitive personal data may be completely or partially obtained, saved, changed, updated, periodically checked, re-organised, categorised, stored for a necessary period of time or for a period of time stipulated by law as per the reason for its processing by our company, partners, website, including but not limited to, and other channels and may be shared with public institutions and organisations and or real or incorporated 3rd persons, service providers and suppliers and insurance companies in Turkey or abroad with which our company cooperates with or has a legal responsibility towards. Your data may be transferred abroad or processed, including the prevention of its use in the event of legal or service requirements.
Your personal data is obtained from every means of verbal, written and/or electronic means with the aim of offering the services offered by our company within a legal framework and for it to fulfil its responsibilities arising out its agreement and law in the correct manner in line with the reasons given above. Your personal data collected for these legal reasons may be processed and transferred for the purposes mentioned above within the framework of the personal data processing requirements and purposes specified in Article 5 and 9 of KVKK.
2. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
Within the scope, the data subject has the following rights, by applying to our company;
1. Learn whether or not their personal data is processed,
2. Request further information if data is being processed,
3. Learn the purpose of processing of personal data and whether personal data are processed in accordance with the purpose,
4. Learn the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data are transferred,
5. Request rectification of personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately,
6. . Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,
7. Request notification on the operations in line with paragraphs 5 and 6 above to whom personal data have been transferred,
8. Request compensation if they suffer damage due to a processing of their personal data that is contrary to the law,
9. Object to any negative results produced through a fully automated processing of their personal data.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood this information, declaration and approval form and that the following statement received in this way is valid.
I give my consent, in a way that will not give any hesitation about the subject and with my explicit consent, that your company, partners, website, including but not limited to, and other channels may completely or partially obtain, save, change, update, periodically check, re-organise, categorise, store for a necessary period of time or for a period of time stipulated by law as per the reason for its processing, and share with public institutions and organisations and/or real or incorporated 3rd party service providers, suppliers and insurance companies, your Company and/or your Group companies, in Turkey or abroad, with which our company cooperates with or has a legal responsibility towards, may transfer abroad or processed, including the prevention of its use in the event of legal or service requirements, my personal data and/or your sensitive personal data according to KVKK.
